Service rules


  • -> You Agree Not To Broadcast Any Illegal Material.
  • -> You Are Responsible For Licensing, Copyright, Royalties & Any Other Requirement In Your Country!
  • -> All Content Broadcast Is The Sole Responsiblity Of The Client
  • -> We Reserve The Right To Terminate or Suspend Your Account For Whatever Reason Including:
  • - Failure To Pay Fees
    - Ban Avoidance
    - Request From DMCA
    - ToS Violation


Service level Agreement


    We ensure that our services will be online, accessible and available for 99.9% of the time in 30 days! Our policy allows for 0.1% downtime in a 30 day period. If we fail to meet this SLA then you may request credit added to your account; (This would be up to a month of Free Service Added To Your Account!), If however less than an hour of downtime has occured you will be credited accordingly!


We Are Not Responsible For


  • -> Denial Of Service Or Distributed Denial Of Service Attacks effecting Our Services.
  • -> Account Termination Due To ToS/Unpaid/Violations etc
  • -> Scheduled Maintenance Windows When Announced 24 Hours Prior To Maintenance!
  • -> Any Changes To Your Service Account (Like Upgrading/Downgrading)
  • -> Any Sort of Issued Caused By Account Holder


We Are Responsible For


  • -> Unusual or Higher Usage Of Our Services Which Directly Impacts Your Account
  • -> Unscheduled Maintenace Plans (Or Extended Maintenance Plans!)
  • -> Other Network/Downtime Issues
  • -> Unplanned System Reboots


For Extra Coding


  • Examples Of Extra Coding:

  • -> Creating Or Maintaining Chat Rooms Directly On Websites.
  • -> Assisted Map Network Drives

  • Each Would Require A Payment Made To BroadCast Urself for Up to The Price Of The Product, Chat rooms On The Website require a minimum payment of $3000 USD to create, $500 USD for implementing to your Website! This MUST have 50% Paid BEFORE Actual Work Has Been Done!
